This transformation was essential, as the original landscape lacked the necessary stability and uniformity for construction. To tackle this, constructing a strong and secure culvert headwall was crucial. Our innovative lined bagwork is crafted from natural, renewable, and sustainable resources. Unlike grout bags, no specialised equipment or pumps are needed to fill or place the bagwork. This highly adaptable system allowed the site personnel to adjust to design changes, install, or navigate unforeseen obstacles. SoluForm’s concrete bagwork was used to build a robust culvert headwall for the stability and support and to divert the water as a solution for the project. The weight of each bag supplied is 20kg which can be handled by a single person, and easily carried to the installation site. In collaboration with the client, we were able to offer comprehensive guidance and support throughout the planning phase. This involved detailed consultations and strategic planning sessions to ensure that every aspect of the project was meticulously considered. As a result, full and thorough plans were developed well in advance of the installation process. This proactive approach was crucial in guaranteeing that the stable structural supports could be installed with the utmost ease and precision. By addressing potential challenges and incorporating innovative solutions early on, we ensured a seamless transition from planning to execution, ultimately facilitating a smooth and efficient installation process. The ultimate aim for the client was to proceed with the development using a permanent and stable solution provided by the prefilled concrete bagwork.
